Thao Dien Campus
We opened our beautiful Thao Dien campus in 2007. It was the first Montessori school in Vietnam and has since paved the way for many more!
Just a short walk, bicycle ride or drive from many international residential complexes in Thao Dien, or a 15 minute drive from Binh Thanh District and District 1, MIS Thao Dien is conveniently located for the Vietnamese community and many key expat areas in Ho Chi Minh City.

As with all Montessori schools, MIS Thao Dien is designed to offer lessons, activities and tools that match the interests and needs of each student.
Our classrooms are precisely prepared to provide a peaceful, uncluttered environment. Social interaction is encouraged by providing indoor and outdoor open spaces.
Everything that your child comes into contact with, is designed to encourage exploration and independent learning.
Each classroom is well designed with large windows to allow lots of natural light to come into, plus air conditioning and fans to provide a comfortable learning environment. The premises are also fitted with air purifiers to ensure that the air inside remains healthy when outdoor air quality is poor.
Montessori International School of Vietnam Thao Dien has a beautiful outdoor space where your child can run, jump, skip, ride and play in a safe and secured environment. Equipt with a climbing frame, a play structure, a sand pit, an area to grow herbs and other plants for class activities, our outdoor space is a fun and exciting environment that your child will love!

The primary goal of a Montessori programme is to help each child reach their highest potential. The daily schedule at our Thao Dien campus provides various activities that develop social and academic skills, help your child to grow emotionally, and improve their physical coordination. Under the direction of a highly trained Montessori teacher, your child will experience the joy of learning in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
At MIS Thao Dien, English is the primary language of communication. However, Mandarin Chinese, French and Spanish are introduced throughout the week.
River House Campus
Nestled on the bank of Saigon River, The River House Montessori offers a wonderful environment for your child to learn and grow. Opened in September 2020, The River House sits below the leaves of the tall trees of Thao Dien, providing your child with a pleasant, safe space to enjoy nature and experience the world around.
Just a few hundred meters from international standard accommodation such as Xii, D’edge, Tropic Garden and River Garden and HAGL Riverview at the Northern end of Thao Dien, The River House Montessori is conveniently located for many key expat areas in Ho Chi Minh City. Vinhomes Central Park in Binh Thanh District is just a 12 minutes drive away, whilst downtown District 1, is about 20 minutes.

The River House classrooms have large windows, well illuminating the space, the premises are also air conditioned to provide a comfortable learning environment. We also use air purifiers to ensure that the air inside remains healthy when outdoor air quality is poor.
The River House Montessori Thao Dien has a spacious outdoor space where your child can play, paint, explore and do gardening! We have a large white sand pit, different swing sets, a climbing frame and other play equipment to keep out students active. For older students, we have a beautiful swimming pool. The outdoor playground looks right onto the Saigon river and our children get a chance to enjoy looking at boats cruising by throughout the day.

Binh An Campus
Located in An Phu, just across the Ha Noi Highway from Thao Dien in District 2, The Montessori International School of Vietnam’s Binh An campus is conveniently located for expatriate and Vietnamese families living in the wards of Binh An, An Phu and Thao Dien, and families living in the international style apartments of Cantavil An Phu, The Estella, and Imperia An Phu. The popular expat districts of Binh Thanh and District 1 are also easily reached by car.
At MIS Binh An, Vietnamese is the primary language of communication. However, English and Mandarin Chinese are introduced throughout the week.

The classrooms are prepared to provide a peaceful, uncluttered environment. It is fitted with fans and air conditioning to provide a comfortable learning environment. We also use air purifiers in each classroom to ensure that the air inside remains healthy when outdoor air quality is poor.
MIS Binh An Campus also has a spacious outdoor garden of more than 100 sqm. This area provides a lovely environment with a sandpit surrounded by trees and plants, grass and wooden decking to provide a variety of surfaces for the little feet.
